Summary
This study tested whether a 6-week online exercise and education program could help cardiac sonographers manage work-related muscle and joint pain. 32 sonographers with pain were split into two groups: one received the online program plus ergonomic advice, while the other received advice alone. Researchers measured changes in pain levels, quality of life, and job satisfaction after the program.
