Can your phone fix your shoulder? study tests video therapy vs. office visits
NCT ID NCT07321444
Summary
This study is testing if guided physical therapy exercises done at home over video calls work as well as traditional in-person sessions for treating rotator cuff shoulder injuries. About 68 adults with this common shoulder problem will be randomly assigned to either the video-based program or standard clinic visits. Researchers will track shoulder function, pain levels, and quality of life over 12 weeks to see which approach works better.
