Summary

This study is testing whether a guided video exercise program (telerehabilitation) can help new mothers strengthen their pelvic floor muscles after childbirth. It aims to see if this convenient, at-home approach is more effective than usual care at improving muscle strength and quality of life. The trial will involve 60 women who recently gave birth.
