New moms get pelvic floor help from home in new study

Summary

This study tests whether doing pelvic floor exercises through a remote program (telerehabilitation) helps new mothers improve muscle strength and quality of life. Sixty women who had a vaginal birth 6 weeks ago will take part. The goal is to make it easier for moms to stick with exercises during a busy postpartum period.
