Doctors test Live-Streamed workouts for kids with lung disease
NCT ID NCT02715921
Summary
This study tested whether children with cystic fibrosis could safely follow a live-streamed exercise program from home. Ten young patients aged 8-21 participated in a six-week program using video calls and wearable monitors. The goal was to see if this convenient, home-based approach could help improve their fitness and quality of life without needing clinic visits.
