First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 31 times

Summary

This study tested whether a 6-week exercise program done at home through video calls could help people with chronic neck pain. Fifty adults aged 18-55 with neck pain for at least 3 months took part. The program focused on guided physiotherapy exercises to reduce pain, improve sleep, and ease stress and anxiety. Results suggest telerehabilitation may be a safe and effective way to manage neck pain without visiting a clinic.
