Summary
This study tested whether a telenursing program and a mobile app could improve recovery for 107 adults who had lumbar disc surgery. The goal was to reduce fall risk, anxiety, and complications after leaving the hospital. Participants used the app and received remote nurse follow-up to support their transition home.
