Summary

This study tested a new way to care for people after lumbar disc surgery using a mobile app and nurse phone calls. 107 adults who had back surgery were followed after leaving the hospital. The goal was to see if this approach could lower fall risk, anxiety, and complications while improving recovery and mobility.
