Study asks: who decides on remote bowel disease care?
NCT ID NCT07155486
Summary
This study aimed to understand how patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and their healthcare providers make decisions together about using remote monitoring technology versus standard in-person visits. Researchers interviewed 17 participants (10 patients and 7 professionals) to learn about their experiences and preferences. The goal was to gather insights to improve how these shared decisions are made in the future.
