Cancer patients may skip clinic visits for rash Check-Ups
NCT ID NCT07476807
Summary
This study is testing whether doctors and nurses can safely assess and manage skin rashes caused by cancer treatments using video calls instead of requiring in-person clinic visits. It will involve about 25 adult cancer patients who develop mild to moderate rashes while on treatment. Researchers want to see if this remote approach works as well as traditional visits and if both patients and healthcare staff find it acceptable.
