Virtual clinic aims to bridge healthcare gap for rural lung patients
NCT ID NCT07217093
Summary
This study is testing whether regular video consultations with lung specialists can improve care for people with autoimmune-related lung scarring who live in rural areas. It will involve 10 adults in upstate New York who currently have difficulty accessing specialized care. The goal is to see if this remote care model helps patients feel more satisfied, improves care coordination, and stabilizes their lung function.
