Summary
This study is testing if using telehealth methods—like video calls, phone calls, or text messages—can help more eligible people complete an important shared decision-making visit about lung cancer screening. It will enroll 6,000 adults aged 50-80 with a significant smoking history. The main goal is to see if these outreach methods are effective and work equally well for people of different races and sexes.
