Summary
This small pilot study is testing whether regular telehealth check-ins with a pharmacist can help patients recover after a serious illness requiring intensive care. The study aims to see if this approach is practical and can improve follow-up care. It will involve 24 adult survivors of critical illness who were on a ventilator or in the ICU for an extended period.
