First seen Mar 04, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tested whether a physical activity program delivered via telehealth could improve sleep in children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and reduce stress for their parents. 160 children aged 8-12 and their caregivers took part from home, using activity trackers and questionnaires. The program included guided exercises and family activities with professional support. The goal was to see if remote help can make a real difference in daily life for both kids and parents.
