Summary

This study tests whether group or family therapy delivered via telehealth can help young people (ages 14-25) who are at high risk for psychosis. Participants will receive one of three types of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) adapted for online sessions. The goal is to see if telehealth makes treatment easier to access and improves social and role functioning, while reducing symptoms and risk of transitioning to psychosis.
