Can video calls help new moms breastfeed longer and feel better?
NCT ID NCT07396415
Summary
This study tests whether regular breastfeeding counseling over video or phone calls helps first-time mothers. It aims to see if this support helps moms breastfeed longer, feel more confident about breastfeeding, and experience fewer symptoms of postpartum depression. The study will compare mothers who receive this extra telehealth support to those who receive standard postpartum care only.
