Can video calls and exercise Re-Wire the brain after a stroke?

Summary

This study is testing if a 24-week exercise program delivered via video calls can improve brain connections and physical fitness in older adults who have had a small stroke. It will involve 60 participants who are mostly independent but not very active. Half will do the remote exercise program twice a week, while the other half receives usual care first, then gets the program later.
