NCT ID NCT06964750
First seen May 16, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tested whether a web-based exercise program done at home could improve posture in young adults with issues like forward head posture, lordosis, and kyphosis. Forty university students aged 18-25 were split into two groups: one did home exercises, the other used a telerehabilitation platform. Both groups exercised 3 times a week for 6 weeks. The study measured changes in spine angles and muscle flexibility to see if the digital approach was effective.
