Summary
This study tested a 12-week mobile app program designed to help female athletes manage symptoms of pelvic floor disorders, like urinary incontinence. 107 athletes were split into groups that used the app for information, performed guided exercises, or used exercises with a biofeedback device. The goal was to see if the program could reduce symptoms and improve pelvic floor strength and sports performance.
