Mindful movement may ease long COVID fatigue

Summary
This study compares a 12-week tele-rehabilitation program using mindful movement (like adapted yoga and breathing exercises) to standard low-intensity exercise and usual care for reducing fatigue in people with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or Post-COVID Syndrome. 147 participants will take part from home via video calls. The goal is to see if this approach improves fatigue and related symptoms.
