First seen May 08, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026

Summary

This study looks at whether a smartphone app can help people recover better after surgery for a torn rotator cuff. About 102 adults will be split into two groups: one using the app for exercise guidance and monitoring, and the other using standard paper instructions. The goal is to see if the app improves shoulder function, treatment adherence, and satisfaction over 6 months.
