First seen May 08, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a mobile app can improve recovery for people who had arthroscopic rotator cuff repair. About 102 adults will be split into two groups: one using the app for exercise guidance and monitoring, and the other using standard paper instructions. The goal is to see if the app leads to better shoulder function, less pain, and higher satisfaction over 6 months.
