Summary
This study looked at whether doing Pilates online can help women with painful periods. 34 women with primary dysmenorrhea took part in 16 supervised Pilates sessions over 8 weeks. The goal was to see if it reduced pain, other symptoms, and improved muscle endurance. Results may offer a drug-free option for managing period pain.
