NCT ID NCT07335926
Summary
This study tested whether supervised online Pilates sessions could help reduce menstrual pain and symptoms in women with primary dysmenorrhea. Thirty-four women participated, with half doing twice-weekly Pilates sessions for eight weeks via video call. The results showed that the Pilates group experienced significant improvements in pain, symptoms, and core strength compared to those who didn't do the exercises.
