Flute players find relief through online posture and breathing program

Summary
This study tested an 8-week online program that taught flute students posture awareness and breathing exercises. 28 college flute players took part, with half doing the program and half not. The goal was to see if the program could lower physical strain and improve body control during playing. Results may help musicians prevent injuries without needing in-person visits.
