Summary
This study tests whether a 2-4 week course of the antibiotic telacebec can completely heal Buruli ulcer lesions in 140 adults, without the need for surgery or further treatment. Buruli ulcer is a bacterial skin infection that can cause severe tissue damage. Participants will be followed for up to 52 weeks to see if the ulcer heals fully and stays healed.
