Summary
This study looks at whether adding bismuth to a 14-day tegoprazan-based triple therapy can improve H. pylori eradication rates. About 200 adults who need a gastroscopy will receive the treatment. The goal is to see if this combination works better than standard treatments, especially in areas with high antibiotic resistance.
