NCT ID NCT07277153

Summary

This study tested whether a medicine called tegileridine helps control pain after gallbladder surgery. 150 adults were randomly given either the drug or a placebo (inactive shot) along with standard pain treatments. Researchers measured pain levels, how much other pain medicine was needed, and side effects for 48 hours after surgery to see if tegileridine was safe and effective.
