Summary

This early-phase trial is testing a drug called tegavivint in about 18 people whose large B-cell lymphoma has come back or stopped responding to standard treatments. The drug works by blocking certain enzymes that cancer cells need to grow. The main goals are to find the safest dose and check for side effects.
