Summary

This study tested a short education program for high school students aged 15-17. It aimed to improve their understanding of mental health and reduce "phubbing" (ignoring others by looking at a phone). 36 students took part, with half receiving the special lessons. The results showed the program helped increase mental health knowledge and decrease phubbing behavior.
