What this could lead to

If it works, this program could offer schools a simple, non-drug way to help teens feel less stressed and build better friendships.

What could go wrong

This is a small, early-stage study with only 60 participants, so results may not apply to all teens. The program is behavioral, so effects depend on consistent participation.
