Summary
This study tests an 11-week support program for high school students aged 14-18. The program includes weekly activities to reduce distress, improve peer relationships, and meet basic psychological needs. Researchers will compare changes in stress and social well-being between a group that receives the program and a control group. A total of 60 students from Istanbul schools will take part.
