NCT ID NCT07027865
First seen Apr 13, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study tested a 12-week program called Sip & Snack Better to see if it helps teens ages 12-16 cut down on added sugar. Thirty teens from Philadelphia took part, with some getting health coaching and others only using a phone app. The study also checked if a breath, blood, or hair test can measure sugar intake more accurately than food diaries.
