Summary
This study is testing a school-based program called 'Charge Your Brainzzz' designed to help teenagers get better sleep. It involves about 1200 first-year students in Dutch vocational schools. The program combines education, school environment changes, policy updates, and early detection of sleep issues to see if it can improve sleep habits and prevent future health problems.
