New nasal spray aims to clear up teen sinus misery

Summary
This study is testing whether a prescription nasal spray can reduce the symptoms of chronic sinusitis in teenagers. About 84 teens, aged 12 to 17, will use the spray or a placebo twice a day for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in symptoms like nasal congestion, facial pressure, and discharge to see if the spray is effective and safe.
