Summary

This study is testing an 11-week school program designed to help high school students manage stress, improve their friendships, and feel better overall. About 60 students in Istanbul will either join the weekly program or be in a comparison group. Researchers will measure changes in stress, feelings of unfairness, peer relationships, and general well-being before, after, and one month following the program.
