Can a class teach teens about mental health and curb phone addiction?

NCT ID NCT07186075

Summary

This study tested whether a special educational program could help high school students. The program aimed to improve their understanding of mental health and reduce a behavior called 'phubbing'—ignoring people in person to look at your phone. Researchers compared 36 students who took the class to 36 who did not, measuring their knowledge and phone habits before, after, and later.
