First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study tested a special education program for high school students aged 15-17. The goal was to see if learning about mental health could reduce 'phubbing' (snubbing others by looking at your phone) and improve mental health knowledge. 36 students took part, with half receiving the education and half not. Results were measured before, right after, and later to see if the program worked.
