NCT ID NCT05701618

First seen Apr 04, 2026 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study looked at whether teaching teens about how fear and stress affect pain can help them recover from leg injuries that didn't involve a broken bone or surgery. 86 teens aged 12-17 with leg pain for over 4 weeks watched either a special video or a standard one. Researchers tracked their pain, function, and activity levels for a year to see if the video helped.
