Summary
This study tested a new type of artificial lens (TECNIS Next-Generation IOL) for people having cataract surgery. The goal was to see if it helps patients see better at both near and far distances compared to a standard lens. About 243 adults with cataracts in both eyes took part, and the study compared vision sharpness and safety between the two lens types.
