Summary
This study is testing whether a technology training and online nutrition program can help older adults eat better and feel less isolated. It involves 369 participants from San Antonio meal programs who have limited tech access and face food insecurity. The program provides devices, internet training, and online nutrition classes to see if it improves diet quality and reduces social isolation.
