NCT ID NCT07507279

Summary

This study aims to see if a computer-based hand exercise program, especially when combined with simple mental tasks, can improve hand strength, coordination, and thinking skills in people aged 65 and older. Researchers will compare this high-tech approach to standard hand therapy exercises. The goal is to help older adults maintain their independence in daily activities.
