Summary
This study tests whether virtual reality (VR) can improve mental health and quality of life for caregivers and homebound older adults. 180 participants will be randomly assigned to use VR, watch regular videos, or receive usual care. Researchers will measure changes in depression, anxiety, loneliness, and happiness over 3 months.
