Summary

This study tested whether a technology-assisted exercise program could improve muscle strength, joint movement, standing time, confidence, and life satisfaction in 51 frail elderly residents of institutions. Participants used interactive digital displays to follow safe, guided exercises. The goal was to see if this approach could enhance both physical and mental well-being in older adults.
