Summary
This study is testing whether a treatment called Tecar therapy can help people with chronic knee osteoarthritis. Tecar therapy uses radiofrequency energy to gently heat the tissues around the knee. Researchers will compare the therapy's effects on pain, stiffness, and walking ability in 60 participants to see if it offers relief.
