New energy therapy tested for sciatica relief

Summary
This study aims to see if a treatment called Tecar therapy helps people with sciatica-like back and leg pain better than standard physical therapy. Researchers will compare three groups: one gets standard therapy, one gets standard therapy plus Tecar, and one gets standard therapy plus a fake Tecar treatment. The main goal is to see which approach best reduces pain and improves movement over 12 weeks.
