Summary

This study tested whether adding TECAR therapy (a type of electrical heat treatment) to standard exercises helps people with a recent ankle sprain. 42 adults did either exercises alone or exercises plus TECAR for 4 weeks. Researchers measured pain, balance, and daily function to see if the combo worked better.
