Summary
This study tests whether an online training program can improve teamwork between doctors, nurses, and other staff in a cardiac intensive care unit. Researchers will enroll about 60 healthcare workers and students from an Italian hospital to complete interactive scenarios about heart procedures and patient care. The goal is to see if this training leads to better communication, collaboration, and job satisfaction over six months.
