First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding digital social support training to an existing online program helps adults who are not active enough increase their physical activity. Three hundred participants will join self-selected teams of 3-8 people. The program uses a research-grade accelerometer to measure activity changes at 3 and 12 months, comparing those who get the extra support training to those who don't.
