Can a few minutes of team talk make elite athletes smarter players?
NCT ID NCT07458581
Summary
This study is testing whether adding short, structured team discussions during training helps elite women's underwater rugby players make better tactical decisions. Twenty-six players will either have brief guided talks during rest periods or just rest normally. Researchers will compare their tactical performance in practice games before and after six weeks to see if the discussions help.
