Summary
This study looks at whether short, structured team reflection sessions during regular training can improve team cohesion, psychological safety, peer trust, and team identification in elite male underwater rugby players. About 27 athletes will take part over 6 weeks, filling out questionnaires at the start, middle, and end. The goal is to understand how simple team discussions might strengthen team bonds.
